Wow, how times flys. It seems like just yesturday that we found out we were having our baby boy and now were in the 3rd trimester.
We toured the hospital last week and we are very happy with the set up. We haved signed up for a few classes (breastfeeding 101, baby CPR and lamaze) that will take place in the next few weeks. I've herd mixed reviews on the lamaze, but we want to be as prepared as possible, so why not.
Craig has finished the entire upstairs including the nursery. I love it! We have set up the furniture but are waiting to actually decorate until we have the vents cleaned (thanks to our hairy giant pup). I catch myself walking in there often and just staring into space imagining Cody there. We really are getting excited, and scared at the same time. Three months seems like a good amount of time until I start thinking of everything that still needs to be done.....YIKES
We have a busy couple of weeks coming up. This weekend is Ambers Shower/Bach Party and then after that Craig has Matts Bach Party and I jet up to Mass for my shower. I can't wait to see everybody and have them see me and my ever growing baby bump.
Overall I'm still pretty comfortable. The heartburn has started (yuck) and my belly is starting to get in the way. I'm still getting to the gym on the weekends but I am starting to get more winded. As long as I go first thing in the morning I am good. Cody is kicking up a storm. Now it doesn't matter what I eat, every couple of hours - bam, as if to say, hey mom I"m still in here. I love it, makes me feel so close to him.
